Hungarian Translation required

I need a hungarian person to translate 1,240 words from english to hungarian, it is for a website.

Once the translation is complete, I will require the translator to also test the translated website. Due to the nature of the website, the testing phase requires a hungarian mobile phone, and will incur 2,000 HUF in phone charges. All phone charges will be refunded.

The file to be translated is in RESX format. this can be edited in a RESX editor such as http://resx.sourceforge.net/, or notepad, for those familiar with XML.
