Once the initial linguistic work is finished; there are additional steps that need to be taken before the project can be considered "done":

u Pages need to be reformatted in order to accommodate language expansion as well as to ensure that the layout is identical to that of the source language document

u Graphics containing text need to be translated and localized

u Screens captured from localized applications need to replace source-language screens

u Indexes and tables of contents need to be generated and proofread for accuracy

u PDFs need to be generated to be sent as deliverables along with source application files

u Performing quality checks on finalized translated material
